There are a few classes to choose from. All you need is comfortable clothing, a mat if you have one and maybe some water.

Body balance & breath

Sunday 10am - £8

Perfect for newcomers, but fine for everyone. Nice easy stretching and a bit of strength work.

Flow with strength & stretch

Wednesday 6:15pm - £8

Suitable for everyone. A bit more strength work with a weekly focus. A nice companion to HIIT classes, cycling and running. Or to stop that muscle mass slipping away.

Yoga for stiffs (men only)

Wednesday 7:30pm - £8

Men-only functional movement class. Perfect for newcomers and those with less flexibility. And it’s just for men. Straightforward. But not simple or easy.

Private Classes

1 hour - Price on application

Book a private class with your friends or other people that you know. You’ll get more attention than in a group class and can choose more of the stuff you want to focus on. Max 4 people.

One-to-one Sessions

1 hour - £40 per session

If you’ve got something specific you’d like to focus on, or if you’re new to yoga, then book a one-to-one. Your first session will incorporate my own Bodymapping process so that I can assess your movement patterns and put together a practice that will work for you. In my studio or at your house.
